Connect the books, the bank and payroll. The model builds itself.
Replafin reads what already exists: the accounting system, the bank, the card, the payment processor and payroll. Balances seed the model, transactions become actuals, and the forecast starts from the cash you actually have. Every connection is read-only and takes minutes.

How it works
What happens after you connect
- Balances seed the model. Cash, receivables, payables and the rest arrive as the opening position, so the forecast starts from today, not from a typed guess.
- Transactions become actuals. Each one is categorised into the line it belongs to and reconciled against the books; the months that have happened replace the months that were forecast.
- Sources sync on their own. Live connections refresh when they are more than six hours old. Anything the sync cannot place with confidence waits for you in Review, and everything it wrote is on the changes log.
- The forecast moves. Burn, runway, the budget variance, the valuation and the raise plan all read from the same actuals, so a sync landing is a forecast updating.
No API for a source? A spreadsheet with a date and an amount works.
Questions
Integrations, answered
Can I connect my bank, Stripe or accounting software?
Yes. The connections listed on this page bring supported banking, payment, accounting and payroll figures into your plan. Each connection page explains what it reads and how to set it up.
Does Replafin replace QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Keep the books where they are. Replafin reads them and builds the forecast, the budget, the valuation and the raise on top; nothing is written back.
Is every connection read-only?
Yes, by construction: restricted keys, read scopes, or a Plaid link that cannot move money. The registry each connector is built from states what is read and never written, and the page for each connector repeats it.
How often does it sync?
Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old, and on demand. Every row a sync writes is on the changes log; anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits in Review rather than being guessed.
What if my tool is not listed?
Import a supported CSV or XLSX export, or enter monthly totals from your accountant's reports. Review the dates and field mapping before using the figures. PDF import is not supported; ask for a spreadsheet export or enter the totals yourself.
Which plan includes integrations?
All of them. Connectors are part of the workspace on every plan.
Connect once.Forecast from real numbers.
Open the workspace, connect a source in the time it takes to make a coffee, and watch the model open on the balance you actually have. Plans from $200 a month.
