Import · Any statement

Any statement, importeda spreadsheet with a date and an amount is enough.

Every connector on this site has a file path behind it, and every bank in the world exports one. Drop a CSV or XLSX, check the columns Replafin picked, confirm, and every row lands on a line of the model. Anything it is unsure about waits for you in Review.

How to connect

  1. 01Download a CSV from your bank or tool (each bank's steps are in the picker).
  2. 02Drop the file here, or click to choose it.
  3. 03Check the columns we picked: date, description, amount. Fix any that are wrong.
  4. 04Confirm. Every row lands on a line; anything we're unsure about waits for you in Review.

What happens next

What the forecast does with CSV or XLSX

The import fills the same lines the live connectors do: balances, revenue, costs by category, capex, loans, plus P&L and balance-sheet lines from an accounting export. Presets know the layouts of QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Mercury and Brex exports and the per-person payroll journal; a generic bank statement works with the three columns.

Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old. Every row a sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review. The cash flow forecast guide shows how the months ahead are built from these actuals.

Questions

CSV or XLSX, answered

Which formats work?

CSV and XLSX. The picker looks for a date column, a description and an amount (or debit and credit columns) and shows you what it chose before anything is imported.

Does Replafin write anything back?

No. Every connection is read-only by construction: restricted keys, read scopes or a Plaid link that cannot move money. Replafin reads balances, transactions and reports; it never posts, edits or deletes anything in the source.

How often does it sync?

Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old, and you can refresh on demand. Every row the sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review instead of being guessed.

Which plan includes integrations?

All of them. Connectors are part of the workspace on every plan; nothing about the bank, books or payroll links is gated by tier.

Connect CSV or XLSX.Forecast from real numbers.

Open the workspace, connect the source in minutes, and the model opens on the balances you actually have. Plans from $200 a month.
