QuickBooks Online cash flow forecastand the whole model, from the books you already keep.
QuickBooks records what happened. Connect it and Replafin reads the profit and loss and the balance sheet month by month, seeds the model from real balances, and projects the next twelve months of cash, burn and runway on top. Nothing is typed twice and nothing is written back.

What happens next
What the forecast does with QuickBooks Online
The last twelve months of P&L lines and balance-sheet positions become the model's actuals, so the forecast starts from the cash, receivables and payables QuickBooks has on the day you connect rather than from a typed guess. Every month that closes in QuickBooks replaces a forecast month on the next sync, and the plan, budget, valuation and raise all read from the same numbers.
Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old. Every row a sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review. The cash flow forecast guide shows how the months ahead are built from these actuals.
Questions
QuickBooks Online, answered
Does QuickBooks Online have a cash flow forecast?
QuickBooks Online has a cash flow planner that projects a few weeks of money in and out from recent activity. It does not build a driver-based model: no hiring plan, no pricing changes, no scenarios, no balance sheet forward, no valuation. Replafin reads QuickBooks and adds that layer on top.
QuickBooks Desktop?
The connection needs QuickBooks Online. A Desktop company can still be modelled: export the Profit and Loss by month to Excel, save it as CSV and import it; the picker knows the layout.
Will Replafin change my chart of accounts or post journal entries?
No. The Intuit connection is read-only: reports and balances come out, nothing goes in. Your accountant keeps the books exactly as they are.
Does Replafin write anything back?
No. Every connection is read-only by construction: restricted keys, read scopes or a Plaid link that cannot move money. Replafin reads balances, transactions and reports; it never posts, edits or deletes anything in the source.
How often does it sync?
Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old, and you can refresh on demand. Every row the sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review instead of being guessed.
Which plan includes integrations?
All of them. Connectors are part of the workspace on every plan; nothing about the bank, books or payroll links is gated by tier.
Other sources: Xero, Stripe, Mercury, Brex, Your bank, via Plaid, Otto HR, CSV or XLSX.
