Your bank, via PlaidChase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and most U.S. banks.
Plaid is the link most finance apps use. Pick your bank, sign in on Plaid's window, choose the business accounts to share, and balances and transactions start arriving within a minute. Replafin never sees your banking login and the link cannot move money.

How to connect
- 01Click Connect. A Plaid window opens; Plaid is the link most finance apps use.
- 02Pick your bank from the list, or search for it.
- 03Sign in with your online-banking login. Plaid keeps it; we never see it.
- 04Choose the accounts to share (your business accounts, not personal ones).
- 05Click Continue. Transactions and balances start arriving within a minute.
Plaid charges the host per linked account, so some installs turn it off. The file path always works.
What happens next
What the forecast does with Your bank, via Plaid
Balances seed opening cash; transactions are categorised into revenue collected, payroll, rent, software, marketing and the rest, with capex and loan movements picked out when they appear. The forecast then starts from the real balance and burn and runway are measured, not estimated. Several accounts, or several banks, roll into one model.
Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old. Every row a sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review. The cash flow forecast guide shows how the months ahead are built from these actuals.
Questions
Your bank, via Plaid, answered
Is my bank supported?
Plaid covers most U.S. banks and credit unions, including Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One and the neobanks. Search for yours in the Plaid window; if it is missing, the CSV import works with any bank statement.
Why is Plaid missing on my install?
Plaid charges the host per linked account, so some self-managed installs turn it off. The hosted workspace has it on. The file import always works as the fallback.
Does Replafin write anything back?
No. Every connection is read-only by construction: restricted keys, read scopes or a Plaid link that cannot move money. Replafin reads balances, transactions and reports; it never posts, edits or deletes anything in the source.
How often does it sync?
Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old, and you can refresh on demand. Every row the sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review instead of being guessed.
Which plan includes integrations?
All of them. Connectors are part of the workspace on every plan; nothing about the bank, books or payroll links is gated by tier.
Other sources: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Mercury, Brex, Otto HR, CSV or XLSX.
Connect Your bank, via Plaid.Forecast from real numbers.
