Enter reported monthly totals in Your Data, import a supported CSV or XLSX, or connect a supported source. In Your Plan, set what you expect next: sales, people, rent, purchases and funding. The template helps organize those assumptions; you still need to check them against your business.
Template values and benchmarks are US starting points, not advice. Any sample figures are examples, not a forecast for your company. Valuation depends on the assumptions you choose.
What does a financial model template include?
A starting structure for how your business earns and spends money: subscribers, customers, orders, projects or transactions. It supplies editable defaults for costs, collection and payment timing, inventory and other accounting assumptions, plus relevant metrics. It does not supply your actual results or know what your business will earn next.
Is this an Excel template?
No. The template runs inside the Replafin workspace, where the three statements are computed and checked as you type. Every statement exports to CSV or XLSX, so the output can go into Excel, a board deck or a data room.
Which template should I pick?
The one that matches how you earn money. Recurring subscriptions: SaaS. A take rate on transactions between two sides: Marketplace. Projects and retainers billed to clients: Agency. Physical products: Retail. Walk-in covers: Café. If none fits, Custom applies no policy and you set every driver yourself, and the assistant can suggest a template from a one-line description.
