Talk to salesWhat Replafin is, and is not
- Private listings, public examples. Businesses choose what they publish. Live marketplace access requires an approved investor firm and an active access plan. Sample listings let you explore the interface before applying.
- Read the source and assumptions. Figures may be entered, imported or synced. Source labels describe that provenance, not an audit or a guarantee. Valuation estimates depend on the company's model and assumptions; they are not transaction prices.
- Indications, not offers. Asks and bids are non-binding. Term sheets, diligence, signatures and money all happen between you and the founder, outside Replafin.
- No advice, no cut. Replafin gives no investment advice, holds no funds, takes no success fee and is not a party to any transaction.
