Mercury, in the modelevery balance and transaction, with a read-only token.

Mercury holds the cash. Connect it with a read-only token and the forecast starts from the balance in the account today, every transaction is categorised into the lines it belongs to, and burn and runway are measured from what actually left the bank rather than estimated.

What happens next

What the forecast does with Mercury

Balances seed opening cash; transactions fill revenue collected, payroll, rent, software, marketing and the rest by category, plus capex and loan movements when they appear. Runway is then walked along the projected cash curve from the real starting point, and the number on the dashboard moves the moment a sync lands.

Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old. Every row a sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review. The cash flow forecast guide shows how the months ahead are built from these actuals.

Questions

Mercury, answered

Can a read-only Mercury token move money?

No. Mercury's read-only tokens can list accounts, balances and transactions and nothing else, and you can revoke the token from the same page at any time.

Does Replafin write anything back?

No. Every connection is read-only by construction: restricted keys, read scopes or a Plaid link that cannot move money. Replafin reads balances, transactions and reports; it never posts, edits or deletes anything in the source.

How often does it sync?

Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old, and you can refresh on demand. Every row the sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review instead of being guessed.

Which plan includes integrations?

All of them. Connectors are part of the workspace on every plan; nothing about the bank, books or payroll links is gated by tier.
