Brex sees the spend as it happens. Connect it with read scopes and Replafin categorises card transactions and cash-account movements into the operating lines of the model, so the cost side of the forecast is what the company actually spent, not what the budget said.

How to connect
- 01Open dashboard.brex.com and click your name, then Developer (or Settings → Developer).
- 02Create a Personal access token (or a Team token for a shared login).
- 03Tick the read scopes only: Transactions (read), Accounts (read), Users (read).
- 04Copy the token and paste it here.
Brex may need to switch API access on for your account. Ask Brex support if the Developer page is missing.
What happens next
What the forecast does with Brex
Card transactions fill software, marketing, travel-and-other, rent and equipment; cash-account movements fill balances and capex. Because the categories match the model's lines, the variance between plan and actual is visible per line, and recurring subscriptions caught on the card feed the tech-stack assumptions for the months ahead.

The Developer page is missing in Brex
Brex switches API access on per account. Ask Brex support to enable it; until then, export transactions to CSV from Accounts or Cards and import the file.
Does Replafin write anything back?
No. Every connection is read-only by construction: restricted keys, read scopes or a Plaid link that cannot move money. Replafin reads balances, transactions and reports; it never posts, edits or deletes anything in the source.
How often does it sync?
Live connections refresh themselves when they are more than six hours old, and you can refresh on demand. Every row the sync writes lands on the changes log, and anything it cannot categorise with confidence waits for you in Review instead of being guessed.
Which plan includes integrations?
All of them. Connectors are part of the workspace on every plan; nothing about the bank, books or payroll links is gated by tier.
